    Benefits You Receive:

    With the Principal DHMO- Managed DentalGuard, each family member selects a primary dental facility from the directory of participating general dentists. All covered services are based on a list of fixed patient charges, so you ll always know exactly what your out-of pocket costs will be.

    The Principal through Principal allow you to receive care from any dentist. However, using contracting dentists should lower your out-of-pocket expenses. You must meet the deductible, if applicable, before the plan pays benefits. Should you choose an out-of-network dentist, you will be responsible for the difference in what the out-of-network dentist charges for procedures and the contracted rate with network dentists.
